How Are You Spending Your Time During the Government Shutdown?

The U.S. government has shut down for the first time in 17 years. You can pretty much go on any news site and read about all the details, so I won’t rehash them here, but I know that a few of our readers work in the federal government, and we’d like to know: How are you dealing with the shutdown? Let us know below, or email me if you’d like to talk about it.

The Washington Post has a story about eating and drinking establishments in D.C. that are offering specials for anyone who can show a valid government ID, which is nice, but also kind of sad (Here are places to go to spend fewer of the dollars you’re not earning right now! But hey, $3 draft beers).

Also, the health insurance marketplace is now live, and if anyone has any questions about it, we’ll try to get them answered. Email them to me, or post them below.
