Recipe: Mix 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup peanut butter, one vigorously mashed banana, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, a shake of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey or agave. Spoon into two containers and refrigerate overnight. It keeps for several days.
