How to Get a Job at Shake Shack

I just finished reading super restauranteur Danny Meyer’s book SETTING THE TABLE, published in 2008, and guess what: He tells you exactly how to get hired at any of his restaurants. He literally explains in detail what kind of person he looks for (you have to have “optimistic warmth,” for starts) and gives a zillion scenarios and basically if you read this book you’ll ace your cover letter, get an interview, and then ace that. I’m optimistic. Warmly.
