Monday Check-In

It’s Monday, which means it’s time to check in on our weekend spending.

Last Friday, I estimated that I would have a no-spend weekend. I ended up going to my parents’ house for dinner on Saturday (before the roads got covered yet again by snow) so I spent $31 on Lyft.

I also ended up watching the Disney Channel Kim Possible movie on Friday, thanks to a DirecTV free trial that I immediately canceled afterwards. My friend Josh A. Cagan, whom you might remember from a Billfold post about witches’ brew, wrote the script — and if you enjoyed Kim Possible when it originally aired, you’ll totally enjoy this. (I didn’t ever watch Kim Possible as a child and I still enjoyed it!)

Total spending: $31.
