The Billfold Call for Pitches: Stories About Change

If you’ve been thinking about writing for us, now’s the time. Autumn is here, change is afoot and we’re starting a series about that very subject: change. The interpretation for this month’s theme is loose at best; change can mean so many things to so many different people. But we want to hear your interpretations. Finding change, making change, saving change. Losing a job, or finding one, and how that life event impacted your finances. Something as complicated and big as getting married and signing a prenup is change both emotional and financial and worthy of consideration. So is something as mundane as switching banks. Change is hard for most but inevitable for everyone. Nothing ever stays the same. There are so many wonderful ways to interpret this theme and so we want to hear yours.
