Friday Estimate

It’s Friday, which means it’s time to estimate our weekend spending.

This weekend, I plan on buying $30 worth of groceries (the actual cost might be higher/lower depending on the weight of the bananas I end up choosing).

I got that number by putting my grocery list into HyVee Aisles Online, which was designed as a grocery delivery service but is also GREAT way to budget grocery expenses in advance.

However, I am not going to pay the $4.95 to have $30 worth of groceries delivered; I’ll wait until I’m putting in an order higher than $100 before I do grocery delivery again. This time, I’ll walk.

Total estimate: $30.
