Friday Estimate

Because it is December, every weekend is a weekend that requires extra money. On Friday, I have a holiday party that I plan on attending for one of my other jobs in the city. I will take the train there, but I guarantee I’ll take an Uber home. I always opt for an Uber Pool to save money, so that’ll probably run me about $15.

Despite whatever crippling hangover I may have from Friday, I will be putting together this recipe (minus the oysters, obviously, I’m not a Rockefeller) for what was going to be a dinner for a friend from out of town and two other people and is now a mini-holiday party that I hadn’t quite intended on hosting. I have to buy all the stuff, so that will probably run me about $50 or so(my sister already bought some things, so I’m leaving those out.) If all goes according to plan on Sunday, my houseguest and I will get bagels and coffee ($7), then walk around my neighborhood while she tries on shoes. Ideally, I will have enough leftovers from Saturday to not have to go to the grocery store.

That puts me at a very optimistic $72. LOL.

How about you?
