A Money Diary: June 13

I spent most of the day re-watching clips from the Tony Awards; when I did sneak out, it was to pick up some items I’d dropped off at the dry cleaners ($35 to clean one long dress and to alter another by slicing off the bottom where the seams had come loose to convert it into a crop top — success!) and to buy a bunch of produce ($15.50 for arugula, avocado, cherries, a red bell pepper, asparagus, carrots, and parsley).

Daily total: $50.50, lots of Tony tears.
