Friday Estimate!

How much do you expect to spend this weekend?

Unlike last weekend, this weekend should be low on shopping, spending, and stress. I’m accompanying my sister-in-law-to-be on an afternoon jaunt as she considers wedding gowns, but that shouldn’t cost me anything, and we’re entertaining a guest for dinner Saturday night, which should be pleasantly low-key ($35, maybe, for either groceries or take-out).

On Sunday, we’ll probably take Babygirl to a local play space ($5).

Possibly we’ll get through this weekend spending under $50 — unless we decide to return to IKEA to pick up either the armoire or the loft bed, in which case we’ll spend three or five times that much. Let’s see!
