It Don’t Mean a Thing If You Don’t Do 1 Thing

Today’s 1 Thing song thanks to pterodactylish. Future suggestions welcome. OKAY:
Thursday is a great day to do that 1 thing you don’t want to do but also don’t want to continue thinking about doing.
Oh god there are so many Things but the thing that’s bugging me is I need to send our bank wiring information to my not-quite-mother-in-law? Lol. She emailed me to be like, “Send me your wire info because if I ask my son he won’t give it to me and if I send a check he won’t cash it.” I have been sitting on this email because I know Dustin doesn’t want me to do this (of course I told him, hah), and I feel a little weird about it but it’s money to buy the kid something and money is great, etc etc. The problem is I always resolve to do it while I am off doing work but it requires looking at a checkbook (thx Chase Online) so I have to betray my fiance IN HIS OWN HOME. Is taking money from his mother to buy his son a stroller or diapers or something really a betrayal? TBD. But sitting on an unreplied to email from this woman is stressing me out bigtime.
I do want to share, though, that last night I walked into the kitchen and Dustin was cleaning out the four-month-old lasagna pan. I asked him what it looked like (the lasagna) and he said it “wasn’t that bad.” I said a Billfolder suggested I take a picture of it and he said it was still in the trash if I wanted to peek. “It’s all in one piece, I could grab it for you.” Ha. Then we ate macaroni and cheese out of the pan, and I put the pan of leftovers back in the fridge. So I look forward to revisiting the issue with you all in January 2015.
