Rich People Magazine, Fall Edition

The last edition of WSJ. Money (which I like to think of as “Rich People Magazine” because of the targeted demographic) had pieces like what to consider when shopping for an island and fun facts about the $10 billion jewels industry. The latest issue wonders if Bermuda is still attracting rich people, and how countries like the U.S. and Australia grant residencies to wealthy foreigners in the form of an “investor visa.” My favorite story in the issue, though, is the story of David Gundlach, a reclusive multi-millionaire who left his hometown of Elkhart, Ind. more than $100 million after he died. Even his mother didn’t know he had been earning that amount of money. The issue is here.
