Monday Check-in

Good morning! It’ll be a short editorial week thanks to the Fourth of July holiday. Let’s check in.

This weekend, I ran a race with my friend Karen ($37 entry-fee), and then met up with some friends for a post-race meal ($25). I called my dad on his birthday and made sure he received my gift ($100), and I ended up spending $74.62 on groceries (beware of cherries that cost $7.99 a pound). I had estimated $250 and spent $236.62.
