JK NOT YET. Just like, really soon. But Bill McKibben still has some hope (“hope”). I think it’s more like, well, at least we can say we tried as we’re all going down, rather than, I actually think we can beat this thing and all be okay (because everyone is okay now, right).

ANYWAY if you’re interested in not going down without a fight, he’s written an inspiring call to action: “You’re not a member of the Resistance just because you drive a Prius. You don’t need to go to jail, but you do need to do more than change your light bulbs. You need to try to change the system that is raising the temperature, the sea level, the extinction rate — even raising the question of how well civilization will survive this century.”
