Monday Check-In

It’s Monday, which means it’s time to check in with our weekend spending.

Last Friday, I estimated that I was coming down with a cold, and figured I’d spend around $20 at HyVee on cold remedy stuff and $25 on Lyft/Uber for one last family dinner before my sister/bil/nephew flew back home. (It’s okay, I wasn’t the only person in my family with a cold at that point.)

I ended up spending $26.86 at HyVee and $31 on Lyft. (My estimates have been a little short as of late, so I need to start adjusting them.)

Total spending: $57.86.

I also finished reading Naomi Novik’s Spinning Silver this weekend, and really enjoyed it. I know at least one of you recommended it to me, so thank you!
