Friday Estimate, Nuptials Edition!

On the road again, this time to DC

Earlier this summer, friends of mine decided to get married in a hurry, and here they are, making a backyard wedding happen, so once more, my little family is going to be traveling this weekend. We’re taking the train down to the nation’s capital, where we will stay in my mom’s apartment and use her car to get around while she’s off on an adventure of her own. She’s even stocking the fridge for us with some groceries, because she’s a kind and generous soul.

It’s hard for me to anticipate what the costs will be. For sure we will have to take a couple of cabs on Sunday, and there will no doubt be other expenses along the way too. I’ll guess $150 again and see where we land.
