Monday Check-In, on a Tuesday

Happy Monday to you Yanks; it’s a regular Tuesday for me, having already been back in the Canadian coal mine for a day. As such, my check-in only encompasses the actual weekend, but — wonder of wonder, miracle of miracles: I stayed under my estimate.

We did make it to the museum (an amazing collection of Diane Arbus photographs), but boyfriend got the tickets while I spent $4.25 on parking. I picked up dinner — $24.75 for greasy Chinese I’ll be eating for days to come — and then stayed inside Sunday, working and organizing my closet, before picking up groceries ($21.20).

I estimated $105 and only spent $50.20. Wild success!
