Monday Check-In

Happy Monday, everybody! It’s time to check in with our Friday estimates.

I spent the past weekend at NerdCon: Stories, and last Friday I estimated that I would spend $260 on the hotel room, $175 on food, $25 on checking my bag back to Seattle, and $150 on groceries when I got back. $575 total.

I ended up spending $253.44 on the hotel, $160.73 on food, $3.50 on public transportation to and from the Minneapolis airport, and $20 on filling up my Orca metro card when I got back to Seattle.

I did not buy groceries, and although Sun Country checked my bag, they did not charge me for it. Win?

Total spending: $437.67.
