Friday Estimate

It’s a stunning Friday morning. Let’s do some estimations.

This weekend, a few friends and I will be attending the 2013 Lone Star Chili Cook-off, which is put on by a local alumni chapter from UT-Austin with proceeds going to a scholarship fund (cost of ticket: $50). I went last year and it was a lot of fun (and a lot of chili — no beans if it’s Texas chili), plus Shiner will be the exclusive beer at the event. Other than that and a grocery store run, I’m attempting to keep my spending under $100 this weekend.
