Share Your Success Tuesday

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time to share our recent financial successes.

Last week, I set myself the goal of going through all of my 2017 business expenses and dividing them into IRS-friendly categories (for tax purposes). This actually only took about an hour, since I already had my business expenses pretty well organized through Mint, but it was enough of a task that I immediately made myself a new spreadsheet and started categorizing 2018’s business expenses. I’ll take a few minutes every month to add in my new business expenses, so when it comes time to do next year’s taxes, I won’t have to do this particular task again.
