Do 1 Thing In Color-Coded Cells

It’s Thursday, which means it’s time to Do 1 Thing.

Today, my 1 Thing is to fill out my huge freelance spreadsheet—hey, aren’t spreadsheets great?—for October. This is where I put every assignment, every to-do, all my appointments and meetings, etc. etc. etc.

(Yes, I also keep my appointments on my calendar app, but the spreadsheet is a very effective way to see that I can’t plan to work on such-and-such project on Monday because I already have that afternoon booked for a haircut.)

I usually have this spreadsheet filled out two weeks before month-end, but, you know, things and stuff.

So I’m getting it done today.
