Friday Estimate

Happy Friday! It’s time to estimate how much we’re going to spend this weekend.

I need to do three loads of laundry this weekend, because I’m going to wash a bunch of bedding. This should cost me $8.75, assuming the dryer will let me add enough quarters to run for 90 minutes at $7.

I also need to go grocery shopping this weekend. This might cost me around $80? Hard to say. I want to see if they have decent-looking peaches, but I don’t want to pay too much for them.

I’m also going to be teaching a class on interviewing at Hugo House this Sunday, and I swear I’ll take the bus both ways because it shouldn’t be raining and there won’t be any need for me to take a Lyft. Not even if I end the class worn out from teaching and want to get back to my apartment in 30 minutes instead of over-an-hour.

Total estimate: $90–100.

How about you?
