Friday Estimate

Happy Friday! It’s time to estimate how much we’ll spend this weekend.

I’m going to be spending this weekend with family, celebrating my nephew’s first birthday. Which means… I have no idea how much I’ll spend. I’ll be staying with my sister and her husband and my nephew, and my parents will also be staying in the same house, so… will we go out to eat? Will we order in? Will we go somewhere, like the zoo? Will there be a Father’s Day dinner? Who’s going to pay? Who should offer to pay? (I’ll offer to pay for something.)

I’ll put $20 on my DC MetroCard—yes, I keep an old one so I’ll have it when I visit my sister and her family—to make it through the weekend, and I’ll let you know on Monday what else I spent.
