Monday Check-In

Happy Monday! Did you have a SUPERCUTE weekend? Let’s see how our weekend spending estimates compared to reality.

I predicted that I would buy a $30 souvenir at Hello Kitty’s Supercute Friendship Festival, but I ended up passing on the souvenirs and only buying a $4 corn dog. (The festival ran through lunch, so I had packed myself a peanut butter sandwich thinking that would be enough, and I got really hungry about an hour later.)

I also estimated that I would buy $125 in groceries, but I only bought $99.33 worth of groceries.

Lastly, I ended up going out with friends on Friday night and bought $22.19 worth of food, including a $5.75 slice of pie. (I will continue to shock y’all with the prices of Seattle desserts. Remember the $6 cookie?)

Weekend estimate: $155

Weekend actual: $125.52

How about you?
