Monday Check-in

Good morning! Is it just me or has the month kicked into overdrive suddenly? Let’s check in.

It rained all Saturday, but I decked myself out in rain gear and met up with some friends for lunch ($31.04), picked up some gifts ($113), and then took a train into Brooklyn to attend a holiday party where I had bourbon and rye in a variety of different drinks ($47.08). I knew I was going to break my estimate when I remembered I had some prescriptions to pick up at the drugstore on Sunday ($128). My estimate was $250 and I ended up spending $319.12.

And how were your weekends? Quickly filling up with holiday-related obligations?
