Here is one sent to Jim Lee, a comic book writer, artist, editor, and publisher who gained popularity for writing The Uncanny X-Men comics. Via his Instagram account:

And one to me:
Dear Mike,
Thanks again for taking the time to take our edit test. I’ve carefully considered your lineup, ideas and edits, and while you made some excellent points, some of the other candidates are better suited for this position.
That’s from a very brief rejection email I dug up from a job I applied to seven years ago. Earlier this week, an editor asked me out of the blue if I may be interested in position or know anyone who would be a good fit, so look at how far I’ve come!
