• exquisite
• dramatic
• sophisticated
• breathtaking
• lush
Some words that are associated with cheap listings:
• cute
• nice
• charming
• convenient
• fresh

A real estate agent in the comments section notes: “…’cozy’ is a ‘nicer’ word than ‘small.’ Really awful properties are often presented as ‘opportunities’ or ‘fixer-uppers’, never as the smelly nasty dumps that they are!”
