What’s a Losing Candidate to Do?

President Obama has won a second term, and Gov. Romney has conceded defeat. The president’s first big task will be addressing the fiscal cliff, and as for Romney? Well, he’ll be okay. Like Tony Blair (who gets paid $4 million a year by JP Morgan Chase to “provide briefings on political trends”) and Al Gore (who is a senior adviser to Google and a member of Apple’s board), he’ll go off and make a bunch of money in finance.
Also, Mr. Romney, if you’re reading this, you are welcome to write for The Billfold. Maybe an “Ask a Rich Person” column, or whatever you want! We’re open to suggestions and viewpoints here.
