If Bus A and Bus B Both Suck, Which Bus Should You Take?

I’m going to Burlington, Vt. in a few weeks. There are two buses each day that go from New York to Burlington, Bus A and Bus B.
1. Bus A leaves at 8:30 a.m., and Bus B leaves 5:20 p.m.
2. Bus A arrives at 2:30 p.m., and Bus B arrives at 1 a.m.
3. Bus A costs $19, and Bus B costs $8.
4. Bus A is 6 hours, and Bus B is 7 hours and 40 minutes.
Up until point four, I was all about Bus B. It’s cheaper! I don’t have to wake up early! By leaving after work, I will not put myself in the position of counting on the bus’s wireless and then having it not work and having to upload blog posts from my phone! Arriving at 1 a.m. is not ideal but it is also not terrible, as we are all young and can handle it!
But: Is any of that worth an extra hour-and-a-half on a bus??!
(No, of course not. Bus A it is.) WWYD?
