Friday Estimate

It’s Friday, so let’s take a look at what we might end up spending this weekend.

I’m getting the sense that this weekend might be a little unpredictable. I had originally planned to attend the Tax March and the Black Lives Matter march, but then the tutoring center where I volunteer invited all of the tutors to spend Saturday afternoon helping students create signs for next week’s Science March, and I’ll probably end up doing that instead. (It feels like the stronger choice to make signs with this tutoring group I’ve come to know and care for, and to march with them next week.)

Although I may end up going downtown anyway! I could leave after the sign-making and hit the very end of the march, or attend any rallies for peace that may be organized in the next 24 hours, or… I don’t know. It feels unpredictable.

I will probably spend $50 on groceries and $5.75 on laundry, as usual.

Total estimate: $100.
