Friday Estimate

Is it just me or did this week fly by? Let’s estimate our weekends.

Last night, after meeting one of our writers for a drink, I dropped off my rent check and picked up a copy of George Saunders’s Tenth of December, which basically had a love letter written about it in the Times, so I’m pretty much going to spend my Friday evening with this book. It’s also, of course, the Super Bowl this Sunday. I’m not much of a sports person, but I have friends who are, and we may or may not get together, but if we do a pizza will be ordered, and I will be making this. I’m going to try to keep it around $100 this weekend.
