Going Offshore
The crackerjack team at Planet Money decided to figure out how easy it is to set up a company in an offshore tax haven (very easy), and open up an offshore bank account (also easy if you have the proper documentation and forms of identification, and sometimes they won’t even ask you for that). The most shocking part: The country where it’s the easiest to set up a company without any form of identification? The United States.
