Josh Eidelson and Sarah Jaffe’s new podcast for Dissent debuted Friday — it’s called “Belabored” and it is so, so excellent. In the first part they go over the labor issues of the week (LEARNED SOMETHING!) and in the second part they talk to Chicago Teacher’s Union president Karen Lewis about teachers and unions and school closings. (“So my question has always been: If you love black and brown children so much, why do you hate their parents?”) So glad this podcast exists.
